On entering the villa , one is instantly aware of the quality of the finish and standards of Architectural design.
These brand new villa s of nearly 200 square metre each, are well laid out with the attractive entrance on the first floor.
After the entrance lobby, you will find two spacious double bedrooms and a smaller twin bedroom. There is a large bathroom with a full size bath and shower, sink and toilet. The two double bedrooms have direct access onto a large first floor balcony/terrace which has exquisite views of the Tzortzi Ghialos bay and beach. From this balcony, there are external stairs offering a convenient way down to the lower terrace and swimming pool.
On the ground floor there is WC/washroom, and a further double bedroom with en-suite and French windows onto its own private side terrace.
Further on we enter the dining room and separate living room, both areas have access via French windows onto the large terrace, enabling convenient internal or an al-fresco dining experience, beneath the covered wooden pergola. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances, consisting of cooker and hob, fridge freezer and a washing machine.
The dining room has a large dining table comfortably seating eight. The living room with Satellite TV, DVD player and a Hi-Fi is furnished to a high quality with a double divan sofa, a second triple seater sofa and coffee table. The display cases illuminate the whole area with hi quality recessed low voltage display and mood lighting.
Outside Facilities
Apart from offering the jaw dropping view of the beach, the external covered terrace directly overlooks the ten metre long swimming pool, and sunbathing area with sun loungers and parasols.
On the terrace is a large dining table and chairs, at night this area is swathed in colourful relaxing mood lighting, making the nighttime experience almost as pleasurable as the day. To complete this, at the end of the terrace is a barbecue area. The pool area with the sunbathing terrace can also be a day or night experience as the planter and surround lighting and swimming pool lights set the scene for atmospheric relaxing bathing.
The villa s stands in 4500 square metres of land completely private and not overlooked by any other properties. Affording total peace and tranquility.
It is south facing and with a delightful view of Tzortzi Ghialos beach, which is only a ten minute walk away.
