A new Cycladic style holiday villa in the most select residential part of the island, with superb views. Villa Panos has three bedrooms, and pool, this property is wonderful for honeymoons and romantic holidays, as well as families.
Villa Panos is a private condominium of a very high standard, four kilometres south-west of Mykonos Town and set high up on the hill side. It is located in the exclusive residential area of Cavo Delos and has wonderful sea views over to the island of Tinos. This is a very peaceful area but the property does have neighbours so is not completely secluded.
This is a wonderful modern villa, built and designed in the classic Cycladic style and constructed of natural stone. The interior is stylish with lovely furnishings and the property has a light and bright ambiance. It is ideal for couples and also families.
Accommodation Details
Villa Panos has private parking and is situated on a quiet access road. The property is built over two floors. Upon entering the ground floor there is a large open plan living room, a well equipped kitchen area with dishwasher and washing machine and a large refrigerator.
There is a dining area in an alcove. The living room has traditional built in sofas covered with cushions and also has an open fireplace. There is a CD/stereo and a TV. This room has large windows and is very light with wonderful views.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms that inter-connect, the first is a twin with built in single beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower. From this room there is a door into the double bedroom which has French doors opening onto the pool terrace. This double room also has an en suite bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor there is the master bedroom which has its own large terrace with the same superb views of the sea and hillside. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower.
Air-conditioning has been installed and also a filtering system for improving the quality of the water.
Outside Facilities
This property has a beautifully laid out small pool measuring 3 x 5 metres. There is a paved terrace area at one end which is shaded and patio area in front of the pool with patio furniture and sun loungers. There is a rail around the pool, but there is quite a drop on one side so we do not recommend this property for small children.
There is a barbecue area on the terrace. Villa Panos has private parking space.
Local Area
Cavo Delos is a very private area, and a car is essential to reach all the beaches, the nearest of which is only about 2½ kilometres away. This is Ornos beach where there are all watersport facilities, including scuba diving and windsurfing. It is possible to take a walk down to the rocky coastline below Villa Panos and even to swim from the rocks. Mykonos Town, with its lively atmosphere, excellent tavernas, designer boutiques and nightclubs is only about 4½ kilometres away.
