The interior of the house is well designed, especially the living room which has a high pitched ceiling and French windows opening onto the sea-facing terrace with outstanding views over to Skiathos and to the mainland. Steep wooden stairs lead from the living room up to a mezzanine which could be used as an additional sleeping area if necessary.
A stable door opens from the well equipped kitchen to the front terrace. The two main bedrooms both have adjacent shower rooms making the house ideal for two couples, or for families.
On the lower level of the house, with outside access, is a studio room with double bed, kitchenette, and shower room – perfect for a third couple, or for teenagers.

The villa offers privacy yet is within striking distance of the amenities at Glossa and Loutraki. Local Area
Situated in an elevated position in one of the prettiest parts of the island Villa Glossa is surrounded by olive trees, which provide natural shade during the hot summer months. A short drive away is the beautiful beach of Armenopetra or Milia with its varied water sports. A footpath nearby leads to a small church and eventually to Klima village or down to to Loutraki, the port village of Glossa, where a one could swim. The walk down to the sea level is about twenty five minutes, downhill.
The second largest village on the island, Glossa, is a ten minute drive. The island’s best beaches are not more than ten to fifteen minutes away.
