An extremely nice, thoughtfully planned and designed estate of fifteen independent, small but delightful cottage-style villas. Each villa is the same design but furnished differently according the owner’s taste and preference. Depending on where the villa is situated on the estate, some villas have the swimming pool at the front of the house and others are at the rear, but the accommodation is almost exactly the same.
The pools are of different sizes and shapes and some have Jacuzzis. However, with the mature gardens and thoughtful design, all these villas are very comfortable and reasonably private and child-friendly. They have very pretty, comfortable accommodation of a high standard and quality and make ideal villas for family holidays.
Accommodation Details
Each villa sleeps six people in Master king size double bedroom with en suite shower room, one twin bedroom with en suite shower room, and another twin bedroom and shower room.
A small but very pretty living room and on the way to the covered terrace, garden and pool is a bar containing fridge, glasses and everything needed for al fresco eating and drinking. From the living area is a twin bedroom with window air-conditioning unit, and ceiling fan, with views to garden and pool. A shower room and laundry room are also on this level.
There is a door leading from the shower room out to the covered terrace and pool, so that the shower can be used by swimmers and accessed from the terrace. From the living area is a staircase to the first floor where there is a really nice large covered veranda with tables and chairs for al fresco living, and wooden decking that runs the length of the house, so that both bedrooms on this floor can access the veranda through double doors.
This veranda overlooks a delightful fenced garden with lawn, flowering shrubs and a small but very nice swimming pool and terrace.
The small but very well equipped kitchen area is at the back of the veranda, and although the design is the same in all the villas, the colours will be different.
The Master bedroom is full ceiling height and has a king size double bed and large window with demerara shutters. Double doors lead onto the veranda overlooking the garden and pool. Very pretty en suite shower room. Second twin bedroom the same size and design as the master bedroom leading out on to the veranda with pretty en suite shower room. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Swimming pool set in pretty fenced garden and barbeque. In some villas there are built-in barbecues and gazebos.

Situated at Bon Accord, only three kilometres from Crown Point International airport. Beach at Pigeon Point only three kilometres. Mount Irvine Golf Club within eight kilometres. Mount Irvine beach within eight kilometres. Nearest supermarket is about 1.6 kilometres away. Numerous good restaurants between 1.6 kilometres and sixteen kilometres away. Activities nearby include: Golf at Mount Irvine championship golf course, eight kilometres. Watersports, scuba diving, sailing, tennis and other activities all available at various hotels at Crown Point and Pigeon Point, only three kilometres. Horseriding at Mount Irvine Hotel, eight kilometres. Squash at Grafton Hotel, sixteen kilometres. Deep sea fishing, walking, hiking, birdwatching all available on the island.
