Nutmeg Bay has five bedrooms (three king size and two twins), all with splendid en-suite bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 people in absolute comfort. Although the oceanfront setting ensures a near-constant breeze, all the bedrooms are air conditioned for additional comfort and open directly onto the south-facing sun and pool terrace.
To make for easy catering, the fully-fitted kitchen has a large cooker, icemaker, fridge/freezer, large drinks chiller, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and toaster. All drinking water is filtered and there is a small breakfast bar.
The lounge area, which also opens directly onto the terrace and pool deck area, is fitted with a comprehensive hi-fi sound system. Cable TV is available with some 50 channels, including all the main international news channels. And all bedrooms have their own extension phone and internet access line.
Outside Facilities
South-facing sun and pool terrace, has beautiful wooden furniture and superb infinity edge swimming pool. The crystal clear pool is balanced with Baquacil, making it free of chlorine and all the associated problems. Two gazebos provide covered outdoor dining and seating areas and there is ample space for relaxing in and out of the sun.
There is a large gas-fired barbecue for outside catering.

As well as the lovely beach just in front of the property, the stunning Grand Anse beach is only a 10 minute drive away, 2kms of white sand dotted with palm trees. There are numerous watersports available from this beach and close by is the Grand Anse Shopping Centre catering for all essentials.
The picturesque, historical capital of St. George’s is about 15 minutes drive away from the villa and there are a wide variety of restaurants within easy reach.
