La Casita is situated 6 kms from San Pedro de Alcantaia. This holiday property has its own indoor heated pool which is open in the summer. There are beautiful mountain views.
Situated on a small, exclusive and beautifully maintained estate in the foothills of the Sierra de Ronda, La Casita overlooks the swimming pool and in the distance, the Bay of Marbella. There are outstanding views from virtually every room. This detached home is set in an elevated private location surrounded by its own mature garden within the grounds of the owner’s own home, but is not overlooked. This property can only accept children age 12 years and over.
Accommodation Details
The villa is tastefully furnished and decorated and each room has air-conditioning and central heating. The lower floor and bathrooms have underfloor heating for those cooler months. Accommodation comprises of 4 good sized bedrooms. The 2 master bedrooms have kingsized beds and ensuites and the 2 further bedrooms have twin beds, one with an ensuite and the second twin bedroom has use of a luxury shower room opposite.
The open plan living area has an open fireplace and dining area with dining table and chairs. Entertainment is provided by a satellite TV and CD player. The living area opens directly onto the terrace.
There is a large fully fitted kitchen open to the dining area and with doors to the terrace where you will find table and chairs for Al Fresco dining. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and microwave. Separate laundry with washer/dryer. Downstairs cloakroom. Outside is a garage with direct access to the villa. A car is essential to enjoy all this area has to offer.
Outside Facilities
Views from the rooms, terraces and pool are dramatic and far reaching. There is a BBQ and sun loungers are provided.The pool is heated and has a retractable roof to form an indoor pool for winter use and folds away during the summer months.
During the Winter months of October – May, the owner reserves the right to use the pool for 1 hour daily.

Nearby is golf, tennis, horseriding, sailing, mountain biking, walking and drives into the scenic surrounding mountains, and of course watersports all within easy reach. Several beaches are within a 15 minute drive at Puerto Banus and San Pedro. Shopping facilities are numerous with supermarkets and weekly street markets in San Pedro, Marbella and Puerto Banus.There are plenty of restaurants and cafes offering excellent value “Menu del dia” and local fish dishes and for more lively nightlife then look no further than Puerto Banus with its world famous marina.
